Book Club

Choose someone from your team to be the leader of the month, who will be in charge of choosing the book. Have everyone on your team read the book, and hold a virtual meeting at the end of the month to discuss. A lot of books have discussion questions listed at the back or online that can be used to prompt the conversation. Rotate between who chooses the book to allow for every to get a chance to share the favorite or one they are interested in.
