August 2026 Team Building Activities & Ideas
August is here, and the weather is warm. August is a great time to retreat to the beach, lakeside cabins, or anywhere else that offers a little piece of paradise over a large cup of coffee or a beer. Here are Teamland’s ideas on how to incorporate team-building activities into your August calendar.

August 1 - National Planner Day

However you do need to put some work into making them really work for you; it’s not something to do once, never look at them again and file them away in a drawer. Vision Boards and the work that goes into them can help you cultivate a positive mindset. Let your Vision Board serve as a daily reminder and a guide to working towards your goal; they are a great way to help you visualize your dream life every day. Follow our expert 5-step process in how to get clear on your goals and vision, how to create the right energy to achieve your goals, and steps to take for inspired action and achieving your vision.
