Frequently Asked Questions

What do we need to provide for an in-person event?

Honestly, it depends on the activity itself.

Typically, we’ll need:

  • A venue (indoors or outdoors)
    • If you don't have a venue, we may be able to help with it
  • Tables and chairs (if it’s a workshop-style setup)
  • Access to Wi-Fi (for some activities)
  • A/V projector + speakers (if your event involves slides or video)

We’ll let you know exactly what’s needed based on the event.

Other Questions

Can you facilitate at our office or venue?

Absolutely, we can go where your hotel or venue is. Simply let us know when you reach out to us where the location is.

What if our event is outdoors and it rains?

We’ll work with you to have a Plan B, whether that’s moving indoors or scheduling a different date/time.

If it's a City Hunt, we often play rain or shine. If it's a thunderstorm, we will reschedule.

Do you provide catering?

Sometimes! It’s not our core service for one off events, but for offsites and larger events, we can help coordinate.

Do you book the accommodation & flights for offsite/retreats?

If it's for a full offsite/retreat, then yes we can book it.

Do you book the venue?

If it's for a one time event/workshop, usually, that’s on your side.

If it's for a full offsite/retreat, then yes we can book it.

That said, we can help source or recommend venues for smaller workshop/events if needed on a case-by-case basis.
