February 2024 Team Building Activities & Ideas

It’s love month! These are different ways to celebrate February with your team.
February 2024 Team Building Activities & Ideas
February may be the shortest month of the year, but that doesn’t limit the activities we can do as a team and have the opportunity to learn more about each other. Here are some team building activities & ideas for this month:

February 2 - Girls & Women in Sports Day

Athletics play an important role in establishing a routine for a healthy, active lifestyle. Sports also build leadership skills, confidence, and the ability to work as a team. We at Teamland have different athletic activities you can have with your team to support women in sports on this day:

February 3 - Carrot Cake Day

Carrot isn’t a usual ingredient in baking, but it’s one of the favorite flavors for cakes. I mean, you get to eat a dessert and a vegetable at the same time, right? On this day, take up our virtual baking class and master baking a carrot cake. Invite the team to class and share baking secrets together.

February 5 - World Nutella Day

Who would’ve thought chocolate and hazelnut can be a good combination? Celebrate your love for this famous hazelnut spread on this day by making a sandwich or by eating chocolates. Pump up that serotonin with our Chocolate 101 masterclass that you can take with your team to learn (and taste) different kinds of chocolates. Happiness in a bite!

February 14 - Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day isn’t just about couples. It’s also about your friends, family, and colleagues too! Get them something special for this day with our Holiday Gift Box. Customize the gifts you can send to the team in celebration of this event, including letters!

February 18 - Drink Wine Day

A glass of wine paired with the perfect meal enhances its flavors and today is the perfect excuse to grab one! Raise a toast to your favorite wine or try our wine-tasting activity for you or your team. Our Sommelier will teach you tips and tricks on what glass to use for your wine or what food best pairs with it.

February 20 - Love Your Pet Day

Do you agree that pets are instant conversation starters? Like telling a thing or two about how adorable they are or what trouble they did today. On this day, give them that extra love and attention! Show them off to your team during meetings to give that extra boost of morale for the day! You can also check these fun ideas for meetings with the team.

February 22 - World Yoga Day

There are many ways yoga benefits our bodies. From improving flexibility and posture to improving our blood circulation and blood flow. Our Yoga Zen is a perfect experience to inspire you or your team to take care of their bodies and minds even if you’re a beginner or not. Our goal is to breathe life into your team by helping them discover a common interest they can enjoy on their own outside of the daily grind.

February 24 - First Lottery Day

Did you know that on this day, the first-ever lottery was held in Belgium? If you’re up to test your luck, try our different game activities with your team, have fun, and win!

February 26 - Carpe Diem Day
Carpe Diem which means Seize the Day is celebrated today and it's a perfect opportunity to celebrate living in the present! Take advantage of living in the moment and do the things you love. If you want to experiment and be creative, why not try our Terrarium Making Workshop that you can also take with the team? Explore different themes and create that terrarium you’ve been dreaming of.
