About Teamland
Teamland is a global corporate training and team-building company. We work with enterprise clients including Amazon, Disney, Shopify, Google, and Spotify. Our flagship offering is AI First®, the registered trademark for our applied AI workforce training. We help teams stop being curious about AI and start using it.
Our Mission
- We believe AI is the most important workplace shift of the decade.
- We believe most AI training stops at "isn't this cool?" and that's not enough.
- We believe great workshops change how people work on Monday morning.
- We are on a mission to make every team an AI First® team.

How to Apply (+ pro tips)
1. Submit an application below (no emails or phone calls, please)
2. Record a ~2-minute video showing us:
(a) one AI workflow you actually use in your work, and
(b) a 60-second teach-back of any AI concept you choose.
Post it unlisted on YouTube and share the link. Raw is fine; real is better than polished.
3. At the start of your video, tell us what color a leaf is. (Yes, we check.)
4. Add a short cover note in the 'Introduce Yourself' section: who you are, where you're based (city & country), what you've delivered, and why AI workshops specifically. Skip the formal cover-letter fluff. Also answer the questions: What's the largest workshop you've delivered solo? (audience size + duration) and What's the most senior audience you've delivered to?
