    Before the workshop, not one pre-survey respondent rated their applied AI use above beginner level. Participants rated their own prompting ability at the start and end of the same session, so this measures self-assessed change, and we report it as exactly that.

    Ten participants completed both the pre- and post-workshop survey under matched codes, the strictest comparison in our dataset. Gains are self-reported on four-level capability ladders covering fluency, applied use, and leadership readiness.
