Together, we'll cover the tools and tricks of preservation and fermentation, such as safety and shelf-life, as well as various hot-sauce-making methods, and a little fun hot sauce history sprinkled throughout. You'll walk out of class with a delicious jar of hot sauce to share with family and friends!
